Salary: $1,500 USD monthly salary + performance bonuses based on department targets (Paid directly in USD)

The Role

Our Client is seeking a bilingual, highly organized Remote Lead Appointment Setter to manage high-volume outbound calls, handle inbound organic inquiries, and schedule qualified home consultation appointments. Moving beyond generic telemarketing, this high-velocity role requires pre-call property verification, zone routing, speed-to-lead execution, and proficient CRM data management in BuilderPrime and RingCentral. Operating full-time during US Eastern hours on a Thursday-through-Monday shift structure, this professional will serve as the primary bridge between prospective homeowners and the sales design team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach, Speed-to-Lead & Inbound Service

• Executes high-volume outbound phone outreach to prospects within the BuilderPrime call queue to understand home project scopes and qualify leads.
• Handles inbound calls and SMS messages from organic leads, web leads (e.g., national site inquiries, Netsertive, answering services), and direct emails promptly.
• Prioritizes immediate outreach for all new leads in the "Speed to Lead" section, following up persistently until an appointment is secured or the lead is formally disqualified.

Prospect Pre-Qualification & Property Verification

• Prepares thoroughly before making outbound calls by verifying county property appraisal records to ensure prospect ownership or co-ownership.
• Determines geographic zone mapping (Zones 1, 2, or 3) using property ZIP codes and matches availability with open appointment time blocks.
• Assesses project readiness, owner qualifications, and renovation requirements against strict scheduling criteria.

CRM Management & Workflow Execution

• Maintains accurate database updates in BuilderPrime, updating lead statuses, schedule blocks, and call-back parameters.
• Finalizes lead contact workflows by either scheduling confirmed appointments, marking formal disqualifications across business partner portals, or setting structured re-call schedules.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

• Call Handling Efficiency: Volume and turnaround speed of outbound call queues and speed-to-lead responses.
• Appointment Scheduling Accuracy: Ratio of qualified, verified homeowner appointments set for the sales team.
• CRM Data Accuracy: Complete and error-free recordkeeping within BuilderPrime and external lead partner portals.
• Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Quality of initial customer interactions, tone, and professional rapport.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

• Appointment Setting & CS Background: 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year dedicated strictly to appointment setting or sales SDR/BDR functions.
• Bilingual English & Spanish Fluency: Professional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish to interact smoothly with diverse customer bases.
• CRM & Phone System Aptitude: Demonstrated experience navigating CRM platforms (BuilderPrime or similar tools) and cloud telephony software (RingCentral or equivalent).
• Attention to Detail & Verification: Skill in conducting background property ownership lookups and geographic zone routing.
• Schedule Alignment: Ability to work a 5-day week aligned with US Eastern Time (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET, including Saturdays and Sundays, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off).
• Geographic Preference & Remote Setup: Located in Latin America (Western region preferred), equipped with a quiet home office, personal computer, professional headset, and high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in home remodeling, residential construction, HVAC, or home services scheduling.
• Familiarity with property appraiser search databases and multi-zone dispatching.
