Key Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to produce top-notch diagnostic images for physician review
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnoses
• Expertly position patients and calibrate imaging technology for the best possible results
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
• Keep comprehensive records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
• Offer compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging journey
• Help maintain a secure, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is a must; a Bachelor's Degree is a significant advantage
• Graduation from an accredited radiology program

Certifications Required

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and the healthcare team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving needs
• Detail-oriented and possess a strong sense of accountability
• Comfortable using PACS, RIS, and modern imaging software
