Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in central Michigan with an opportunity for an Interventional Radiologist to provide locum tenens coverage.

About the opportunity:

• Schedule: 7:00a-5:30p, specific dates
• Overnight Call
• Setting: 60% outpatient, 40% inpatient
• Daily Volume: 9-10 procedures, including OP and IP
• Case Types: General invasive interventional radiology
• Duties: Inpatient consults, outpatient clinic visits, biopsies, trauma coverage, scheduled and emergency procedures, and overseeing APPs
• Procedures: Performing biopsies, kyphoplasty, port placements, para/thora, etc
• Oversee APPs during the day
• Support Staff: MD/DOs and APPs
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel and expenses
