Fashion Retail Operations Lead (Sales & Visuals)

Summary The Keyholder supports the Store Director at the Sawgrass Mills location by ensuring opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role balances sales, operations, merchandising, inventory control and personnel management to achieve store goals. The Keyholder also assists with visual merchandising, loss prevention and day-to-day store operations.
