What You'll Do
As a Branch Operations Specialist, you'll be at the center of branch success, helping drive operational excellence, outstanding customer experiences, and efficient shop performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers and sales teams by managing quotes, orders, purchasing activities, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinating inventory management, product sourcing, and vendor relationships to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborating with production teams to optimize shop workflows, fabrication processes, installations, and equipment maintenance programs.
- Leading branch personnel, including inside sales, shop employees, and shipping/receiving team members, while supporting scheduling and timekeeping activities.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for branch communications and facility-related operations, including IT equipment, contractors, and building maintenance.
- Building strong customer

Position Details
- Full-time position.
- Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
- Work environment includes both shop facilities and customer sites.
