Job Title: Portfolio Operations Specialist Location: Cincinnati, OH Pay Range: What's the Job? Manage project time tracking to ensure accurate and timely reporting Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently to support operational workflows Assist in managing operating and capital budgets to optimize resource allocation Oversee contract management and vendor performance to maintain high standards Support capacity and resource planning, including estimating for business cases What's Needed? 2-5 years of overall experience in a related field Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences Ability to participate in audits and support related activities What's in it for me?
