Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare settings
• Strong teletherapy skills or willingness to learn remote service provision
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• SLPAs with relevant experience in either school or healthcare settings encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with local and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and parent conferences as needed
• Adapt therapeutic strategies for in-person and virtual (teletherapy) sessions
