HR Generalist

Salary: USD22 - USD25 per hour Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced a HR Generalist This is a temp to hire position starting at $22 an hour DOE. Position Summary The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers while ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HRIS records. Support employee relations and assist with resolving workplace concerns. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Process personnel changes, employment documents, and employee records. Assist with performance management, training, and employee development initiatives. Prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation. Partner with managers to support workforce planning and HR best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of Human Resources experience. Knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
