The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the team through various stages of event management, from initial conception to post-event wrap-ups.
• Responsibilities
  
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics including venue setup, catering, and equipment rental.
  • Support event managers in creating and maintaining project timelines and schedules.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm arrangements and deliveries.
  • Help manage attendee registration and provide assistance during events.
  • Prepare event materials such as signage, name badges, and informational packets.
  • Conduct research on potential venues, suppliers, and service providers.
  Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
