Sales Coordinator

Overview As a Sales Coordinator, you're not here to push papers, you're here to analyze, optimize, and elevate the performance of our Sales Team. You will turn data into insights, identify process gaps, and keep our sales machine running at peak performance while providing guidance to homeowners on the financing front. You will serve as the primary point of contact between homeowners, appraisers, inspectors, underwriters, and closing agents, proactively addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely progression toward successful loan completion and funding disbursement. About the Role As our Sales Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Sales Team, ensuring they have accurate data, clear processes, and everything they need to close more deals. Your job is to help the team win by keeping finance operations tight, efficient, and scalable.
