We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.
** Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.**

Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week)!

Our Travel Spa Coordinators truly make the world go roundand we love that!

More specifically, our qualified Travel Spa Coordinator:

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed

Requirements:

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
