About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Digital & Growth to take on a pivotal role in leading the digital business with a focus on end-to-end strategy, performance, and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and developing the integrated digital growth strategy across various channels, including direct-to-consumer ecommerce, social commerce, paid media, CRM, and partnerships. This is a hands-on, builder role that requires a proven digital leader with a strong background in transforming brand awareness into scalable, measurable revenue. The VP will be tasked with establishing a clear measurement framework, presenting performance and investment recommendations, and leading the digital team to ensure consistent, forecastable growth. Applicants for the VP of Digital & Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth, with a track record of success in a leadership role. The role demands deep expertise in various digital channels, including Shopify, Amazon, paid media, and social commerce, as well as a strong understanding of brand and content strategy.
