We provide the full range of women's health services - from routine check-ups to complex pregnancy and gynecologic care.

Thrive in this highly visible leadership role as you guide the implementation of the practice and ensure seamless alignment with our hospital, Ambulatory Care Network, and the broader community. Drive exceptional patient experience outcomes by collaborating closely with physicians, faculty, and a multidisciplinary team. You will shape both short- and long-term strategies to expand the practice through innovative service development, community engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization. Oversee the preparation and management of operating and capital budgets, while continually evaluating practice performance. Lead quality improvement, process enhancement, and regulatory compliance initiatives to advance operational excellence and support sustainable growth.

Preferred Criteria

• Master's degree in an applicable field
• Healthcare administration with experience in a Women's Health setting

Required Criteria

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare administration
• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration
• Experience in government-regulated healthcare environments
• Understanding of healthcare reform
• Experience with reimbursement techniques
• Proficiency with computer applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

Salary Range:

$96,500-$130,500/Annual
