• Independently set up and operate a semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen print press.
• Troubleshoot print issues; adjust press mechanics to sustain quality, registration, color, and throughput.
• Handle inks, print-related chemicals, and plastic substrates with confidence and care.
• Maintain strict color consistency from first article to final piece.
• Ensure optimal performance of UV curing equipment for proper ink curing.
• Spot process risks; recommend improvements and share insights with stakeholders.
• Protect and maintain company assets to maximize ROI.
• Follow all safety protocols; report risks, incidents, injuries, and near-misses immediately.
• Foster strong relationships with employees, vendors, partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Safeguard confidential and proprietary information.

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• General familiarity with the printing industry.
• Tech-ready: Solid PC skills and a desire to learn more.
• Mindset: Detail-obsessed, trustworthy, and committed to high-quality output.
• Work style: Independent when needed; collaborative by default.
• Time-savvy: Able to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Communication: Clear English, written and spoken.
• Inclusive: Comfortable working within a highly diverse team and community.
• Flexible: Available for non-standard hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to pass a background check.

• 2+ years running a graphic screen printing press.
• Hands-on with calipers, densitometers, and/or spectrophotometers.
