Paramus Chevrolet, part of the award-winning VIP Automotive Group, is actively hiring a top-performing Automotive Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join our high-volume, high-earning service department.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused service) • Greet customers and write repair orders accurately • Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services • Upsell maintenance, repairs, and additional services • Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians • Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch • Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed • Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention • Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty

Qualifications

2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED) Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus) Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance Strong communication & closing skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a results-driven mindset

Schedule

Full-Time Monday – Friday Rotating Saturdays
