Employment & Labor Attorney: 2nd-5th year

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available for an associate to work in the Employment and Labor practice group in our Bay Area offices. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of broad experience in employment law with training, experience, and interest in both employment law counseling and employment litigation. This role involves significant day-to-day counseling of Firm clients, as well as employment support on M&A transactions. Qualified candidates must have a high level of motivation and initiative, excellent writing and communication skills, as well as strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
