Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Contract (13 or 26-week options) | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting during day shift hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating)
• Work a schedule of Monday through Friday and Sundays, with Sunday counted as one of the four scheduled shifts per week
• Participate in one call shift per week and one late-stay shift per week as required
• Take call one weekend per five-week period and one Sunday shift per five-week period
• Float to other units and/or campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
• Complete all required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP unit
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Epic EMR
• Ability to complete pre-assignment testing and required modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
• Compliance with facility holiday staffing requirements, including working two of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) for 26-week contracts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced cardiac procedural environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and pre-assignment onboarding requirements
