This is your opportunity to contribute to the world around you, to add real value to our customers, and to help us deliver solutions that will have a lasting impact. You will be installing, inspecting and servicing Fire and Life Safety product lines that include fire extinguishers, emergency lights, pre-engineered kitchen hood fire suppression systems, paint booth fire suppression systems and vehicle fire suppression systems.How You Will Do ItComplete ALL tasks while adhering to company Safety PoliciesUtilizing Apps and Microsoft applications with easeAccurately discern and document deficiencies found during an inspectionInform customers of deficiencies and required or recommended upgrades confidently and intelligentlyMake repairs and/or upgrades while on-siteProfessionally always represent the company while performing quality service and inspectionsMaintain proper stock of equipment, parts, and suppliesPerform all DOT required safety practices paperworkComplete all paperwork in a professional mannerAttend all required training and/or meetingsPerform other duties as directedUp-sell and cross-sell new product offerings and services to existing customers consistentlyWhat We Look ForRequiredHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust be Tech-savvy and have the skill sets to learn new apps and use them throughout your dayExperience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manualsHave a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirementsCapable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 50 poundsMust be willing to work at heightsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends to meet customer requirements.Participate in a scheduled On-Call rotationWilling to travel with extended stay out of town from time to timeAble to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.Must be willing to pass background checkPreferred2 years of experience with pre-engineered fire suppression and vehicle fire suppression systems, but not requiredSelf-starter that can work with little to no supervisionHiring Hourly Range: $25.38 - 34.90 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
