The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Superintendent or Electrical General Superintendent to join our team for our nationwide pipeline of hotel renovation projects . You can be located anywhere in the United States and this is a true Traveling position. In this role, you will oversee electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while traveling to project locations as needed. You will be responsible for project financials, scheduling, coordination, and on site leadership; ensuring successful execution from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Lead electrical projects from award through completion
• Hospitality/Hotel Renovation division
• Manage budgets, estimates, cost forecasting, and change orders
• Develop and maintain project schedules and manpower plans
• Coordinate closely with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field teams
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teams
• Travel to project sites as required throughout the duration of projects
• 3-6 Month projects, 7 days a week

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, means and methods, and NEC standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments
• Strong financial and contractual management skills
• Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide for project assignments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving abilities
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
