**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 24 months of recent/current ICU experience - Travel experience within the previous 24 months - EPIC experience - Comfort caring for 2-5 patients **Certifications:** - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS PALS - TNCC / Trauma Nursing Core Competency certificate **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - NIHSS certificate (preferred but can be obtained during onboarding) **Licensure:** - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at the time of submission **Skills and Requirements:** - Skills Checklist specific to ICU/Intensive Care - Professional Reference/Reference Check from within 24 months (preferred) - Driver's License (required)
