Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details Schedule options include 5x8 or 4x10. Shift hours may be 7-6 or 7-7 Monday through Friday. Flexible scheduling is available based on department needs. Average caseload is 60-65 patients per week, depending on schedule. Patients are supported by a tech for most visits. Follow-up visits are scheduled for 30 minutes. Evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes. EMR: Prompt.
