About the Role:
Join HOME CARE SOLUTIONS LLC as a Personal Care Assistant in Hartwell, GA, where you will make a difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and supported in their daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the care team.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety at all times.
• Medication reminders
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, following health protocols.
• Document care provided and update care plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office

Requirements for this job:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to follow care plans and execute tasks independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use the Hoyer lift or willingness to learn
• Experience with dealing with wheel chair bound individuals
