Advanced Practice Registered Nurses

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, physician-led private practice in Fort Myers, Florida. Our group consists of 7 Medical Doctors and 6 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses , providing a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong professional support.

Requirements:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with state and federal regulations
Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate
Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
Stay current with medical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure evidence-based care

Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care or specialty area
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
EPIC EMR (Preferred)
