We're growing our Boston team and looking for experienced RN Case Managers ready to bring their clinical expertise to workers' compensation cases — on a flexible, 1099 basis. Why Nurses Choose Us Competitive pay: $50–$65/hour No bedside care, weekends, or on-call Hybrid structure — local travel plus remote documentation Established support team with steady referral volume Flexible scheduling and caseload What You'll Do Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans Attend appointments and evaluate treatment progression Communicate across providers, employers, attorneys, and carriers Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care Prepare timely, detailed case management reports Support return-to-work and transitional duty planning Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations What You Bring Active Massachusetts RN license 3+ years of Workers' Comp Field Case Management experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Comfort working independently with a flexible caseload Reliable transportation across the greater Boston area Malpractice insurance, or the ability to obtain it CCM, CRRN, or similar certification a plus If flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work sound like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.
