Kitchen Equipment Repair Engineer — Flexible Hours

Fontainbleau in Las Vegas is seeking a Kitchen Shop Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing all Kitchen equipment to ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least two years’ experience with commercial kitchen equipment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all equipment is functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment.
