We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join our production team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting assembly operations, handling materials, packing finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components following work instructions and quality standards.
• Assist with production and manufacturing operations as needed.
• Move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Package and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Safely operate and use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support team members and contribute to achieving production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor roles preferred.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work 12-hour weekend shifts.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembly tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
