Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a top distribution transformer manufacturing client. This individual will play a critical role in establishing and implementing ERP capabilities for a new Arizona manufacturing facility ahead of a larger enterprise ERP migration initiative. The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on, partnering closely with technical experts to build project plans, facilitate implementation activities, manage integrations, and drive execution from planning through deployment. This person will work within the current Freedman ERP environment while helping position the organization for a future transition to Infor ERP. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and manufacturing industry experience, with a focus on delivering business-critical initiatives that support operational growth, efficiency, and long-term strategic objectives.\n\nDay-to-Day:\nLead planning and execution of a new manufacturing site ERP implementation in Arizona\nCo-author project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables alongside ERP subject matter experts\nEstablish and configure a new business entity/site within the existing ERP environment\nCoordinate integration of manufacturing, warehousing, financial, engineering, and CPQ systems\nManage project governance, reporting, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and escalations\nOversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation\nFacilitate collaboration across IT, PMO, engineering, manufacturing, and business teams\nDrive stakeholder communication with leadership and executive teams\nIdentify and mitigate project risks impacting timelines and business objectives\nSupport future migration efforts from Freedman ERP to Infor ERP\nEnsure compliance with organizational IT processes, policies, and standards\nPromote project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
