The Barback is an integral part of the Front of House team, and plays a crucial role in the success of the bars and bartenders. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Restock and replenish bar inventory (spirits, wine, beer, glassware, garnishes, etc.) Assist with daily juicing of fresh ingredients and batching cocktails according to prep sheets Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout service Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts Remove trash, clean spills, and support bussing efforts as needed Support bartenders during busy service periods Maintain a friendly, helpful rapport with guests and assist when appropriate Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Help with receiving and storing bar deliveries
