This is an onsite working arrangement at our San Francisco, CA location. About You We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing and Transactions Coordinator – Commercial Real Estate (internally called Client Services Coordinator) who thrives on providing top‑notch support to brokers and clients alike. As a Client Services Coordinator you’ll deliver exceptional support to our Broker Team. The role will include helping support the Business Development of Brokers through marketing efforts, creating pitch decks and other graphic materials, and managing transaction communication, correspondence and the process from commencement to completion. From project management to marketing wizardry, you’re the go‑to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation, document preparation, superior writing skills and presentation. You’re ready to tackle any client‑facing challenge, marketing graphic creation, or transaction administration task that comes your way. In this role, you will Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, track action items, delivery dates/times and manage up to completion of each project. Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for the broker team. Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintaining mailing lists, and running campaign reports. Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites, and client contract portals for both local and regional clients to be readily available. Participate in the management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade records and supporting paperwork, preparing invoices and tracking payments. Act as the AI Resource Lead – serve as the team’s go‑to resource for all AI‑related initiatives, develop and maintain prompt libraries, establish best practices, provide training and support, and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. What You Bring 1-2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate. Experience and knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate. Proficiency in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using network/cloud‑based systems. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Area/Location Specific: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $32.12/hour to $38.46/hour. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
