Financial Services Attorney - Digital Assets & Cryptocurrency

Overview Incredible opportunity (New York City) A leading Global Fintech Business is seeking an experienced financial services lawyer to support its expanding range of innovative financial products. This is a New York-based opportunity to join a high-growth, technology-driven organisation operating at the intersection of payments, financial services, and digital innovation. Responsibilities Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory requirements, product launches, licensing, partnerships, and risk management. Work closely with product, compliance, regulatory and commercial teams to support the development and rollout of innovative financial products. Advise on crypto and digital assets matters, including cryptocurrency issuers, stablecoins, crypto-related products, brokerage services, and investment products such as stocks and shares. Qualifications Experience in crypto and digital assets is essential. Direct experience advising on cryptocurrency issuers, stablecoins, crypto-related products, brokerage services, and investment products such as stocks and shares. Qualified lawyer who is commercially minded, able to operate in a fast-paced environment, and able to translate complex regulatory issues into practical commercial advice.
