Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be the heart and soul of your center, ensuring operational excellence and building strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities include: Assist: Achieve financial goals and profitability targets. Retention and accounts receivable, including proactive follow-up calls. Marketing & Business Development: Assist in driving new business through innovative marketing strategies—direct mail campaigns and forging partnerships with local financial institutions and area businesses. Operational Excellence: Daily transactions: from customer service and account approvals to bank business, closing delinquent accounts, trial balancing, and reporting. Ensure the proper volume calls to meet our stringent accounts receivable standards. Collaborate with the Store Manager to address operational challenges and optimize performance. Deliver exceptional face‑to‑face customer service, building and maintaining lasting relationships. Uphold cash handling and banking procedures to maintain our standards of accuracy and reliability.
