We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service & Sales Manager to lead our Plumbing Service Department at our Stow, OH branch location. The individual in this role is responsible for managing daily operations, developing technicians, driving sales performance, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs), and achieving departmental revenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Supervise and lead Plumbing Service Technicians
\n
• Train, coach, and evaluate field personnel
\n
• Conduct regular ride-along and field coaching sessions with technicians
\n
• Provide real-time feedback on sales performance, communication, and customer interactions
\n
• Coach technicians on memberships, financing options, close rates, average ticket, and revenue generation
\n
• Lead by example through field visits and customer interactions when needed
\n
• Monitor technician KPIs and develop action plans for improvement
\n
• Manage workload, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and manpower utilization
\n
• Ensure repairs and installations meet company quality standards and local code requirements
\n
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
\n
• Facilitate weekly meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
\n
• Support onboarding and development of new technicians
\n
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and safety procedures
\n
• Manage departmental budgets and achieve gross margin goals
\n
• Identify revenue opportunities and drive department growth
\n
• Retain and grow Club Membership clients
\n
• Review and approve new products, services, and sales initiatives
\n
• Provide leadership with reporting on department performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
\n
• Promote and teach Wilson's Core Values: Betterment, Accountability, Teamwork, and Transparency

Requirements

\n
• 5+ years of Plumbing Management experience preferred
\n
• Strong residential plumbing service background required
\n
• Proven experience leading and coaching sales-focused service teams
\n
• Experience improving technician performance and sales KPIs
\n
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
\n
• Experience with Service Titan
\n
• Ability to maintain confidential information
\n
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
\n
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
\n

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
