Administrative Manager-The Carolyn Rowan Center for Women's Health and Wellness

Administrative Manager Responsible for planning, direction, and oversight of all administrative, human resources, financial/revenue cycle, and clinical operations for the Carolyn Rowan Center for Women’s Health and Wellness. This senior‑level management position may include facilities planning, maintenance, custodial operations, grants and contracts, and capital budgeting. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate activities of clerical, administrative, billing, finance, and other personnel in assigned areas. Analyze internal processes and plan or implement procedural and policy changes to improve operations. Recommend cost‑saving methods, such as supply changes and disposal of records, to enhance efficiency. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Assist in budget planning by analyzing short‑ and long‑term program needs; collaborate with department leadership to complete the annual budget and monitor financial status. Interpret and administer personnel policies including hiring, performance appraisals, training, staff disciplinary activity, and salary recommendations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding equal pay and equal employment. Facilitate the creation of training programs and conduct training for staff to execute departmental programs and services. Implement quality assurance programs to meet standards and regulations of federal, state, and city accrediting agencies. Ensure standards and regulations of accrediting agencies such as the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare (JCAHO) and New York State and City Department of Health are met. Chair department committees and participate in hospital committees as assigned. Perform other related duties. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred. Eight or more years of experience in an administrative or management capacity, preferably in a multispecialty physician office. Compensation The salary range for the role is $97,519.97 – $143,175 annually. Actual salaries depend on experience, education, and operational need. The range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other compensation or benefits.
