• Developing relationships with builders and developers

• Identifying new-home communities

• Creating buyer-generation opportunities

• Recruiting agents interested in new construction

• Helping educate agents about selling new homes

• Developing community and builder marketing strategies

• Supporting new-home buyer events

• Developing local strategic relationships

• Identifying land and development opportunities where appropriate
