Veterinary Assistant / Client Service RepresentativeRaleigh, NCNorth Hills Animal Hospital & Resort is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment where initiative and attention to detail are valued every single day.Schedule and compensation:Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, for each hour workedSchedule: This is a part-time position (20–30 hours per week) with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday–Sunday. Shifts vary and can range from 7:20 AM–6:00 PM, 12:00–6:00 PM, 7:20 AM–1:00 PM, and others depending on daily needs. Weekend availability is required for 1–2 short shifts per month (Saturday and Sunday, approximately 5:00–6:00 PM).
