Duties
- Advise clients on the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
- Focus on SEC reporting obligations.
- Engage in corporate governance, M&A, and venture capital transactions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar license for the state of employment.
- 3-8 years of professional corporate law practice.
- Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems.
- Superior research skills using online services and databases.
- Project management skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

- Active bar license for the state of employment.
