Senior Legal Counsel: Real Estate & Corporate Governance

Harmony Senior Services seeks a Chief Legal Counsel to oversee all legal matters, advise ownership and executives, and protect the company’s interests across governance, contracts, employment, compliance, and litigation.

Based in Charleston, SC with some travel, the role leads a 3-attorney + 2-paralegal team, drafts and reviews agreements, conducts due diligence on real estate transactions, handles closings, and coordinates entity formation and HR legal work.
