6 + Months Onsite Day 1: Hybrid Model: 3 Days Onsite Per Week
The Sr. Jira Administrator will be responsible for supporting Jira Server and Atlassian cloud products, such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Access.
Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management
Required Technical Expertise
3 years’ experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation) on-premises and cloud based Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience automating manual tasks Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello) Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management Experience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via API Experience with large platform migration efforts
Interview Process:
Two rounds, both video, 45 minutes each. First round will be a work experience and behavioral interview Second round will be a technical screening
Disqualifiers
No Jira experience, no individual project management experience, not being able to explain how to manage problems, and no experience with administering, upgrading or migrating products.
