We're looking for a Paint Shop Helper / Prepper / Sandblasting Technician to support our production team in preparing and finishing utility trucks and equipment. Schedule Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM What You’ll Do Perform paint prep, sandblasting, masking, and taping Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion Fill cracks, holes, and joints to specification Hang and remove parts from paint racks Apply non-skid coatings Remove paint overspray and ensure final quality Operate a forklift to move and stage materials Assist with minor assembly and small wiring tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety and environmental policies What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment Basic knowledge of metals and fabrication processes (preferred) Valid driver's license Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required ~1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Must pass a respirator fit test Requires no facial hair on cheeks Competitive pay (based on experience) Affordable health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Short- and long-term disability (STD/LTD) Training and career development opportunities Uniforms and safety boot/glasses allowance Employee discount programs Why CTOS?
