Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, tracking, processing, and shipping materials while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of products. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, weight, and condition.Prepare, package, and ship materials, parts, assemblies, equipment, and finished goods.Utilize computer systems to track, log, verify, and report inventory movements and shipment activity.Process shipping documentation including freight bills, packing slips, bills of lading, and receiving records.Route materials to appropriate departments or destinations.Follow established shipping, receiving, warehouse, and transportation procedures.Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.Support warehouse organization and material handling activities.QualificationsAbility to obtain a US Government Security Clearance (REQUIRES US CITIZENSHIP)High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory control preferred.Experience using inventory management, ERP, or warehouse tracking systems.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping.Basic computer skills, including data entry and reporting.Ability to lift, move, unpack, and package materials as required.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, defense, or industrial environments.Familiarity with shipping carriers, freight processes, and logistics documentation.What We're Looking For A dependable and service-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient material flow, and supporting operational success through exceptional shipping and receiving practices.
