ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in August 2007 and is a team of five focused on delivering high-level service and financial guidance to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a corporate vice president for a Fortune 500 company and helped build businesses from the ground up. I made the transition to agency ownership to create something of my own and better serve my community.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Binghamton University and have earned professional designations including CLU and ChFC, along with a Wealth Management Certified Professional designation through The American College of Financial Services. I also speak Spanish and Portuguese, which helps us connect with a broader range of customers.

We are deeply involved in the community, supporting youth sports, veterans through Honor Flight, trade school scholarships, and local initiatives like Meals on Wheels.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Rollo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
