Description/Other Details:

1. Need to include first day as an Orientation/EMR Training Day

2. Full time need (minimum 40 hr work week including call)

3. GenSurg Call approx. 15 days per month a. specific dates for May/June: May 30-orientation; May 30 (approx 5pm) to June 4 7am-call coverage; June 19-30-call coverage (possibly through July 1). Clinic days during call weeks would be 1/2 or partial days to see follow-ups.

4. Level III Trauma

5. Clinic time for follow ups on call cases.

6. Requirements: WA State License or the IMLC (depending on timeframe); Board Certification in General Surgery, WA DEA; ACLS

7. ATLS preferred, but not required

8. Prefer someone from the western half of US (just to lessen travel costs/issues), and PNW would be ideal
