Maintenance Technician

The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks! **Perks:** + Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30pm + Weekly paycheck + Pay: $30 - $35 per hour + Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses **Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance across facility systems + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic equipment issues + Support light construction, fabrication, and assembly tasks + Execute routine inspections, checklists, and SOPs to maintain compliance + Respond to maintenance requests and urgent facility needs - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services and repairs + Support waste handling, material staging, and basic environmental compliance tasks + Maintain work logs, parts tracking, and maintenance documentation + Assist with small projects, installations, and continuous improvement efforts **Requirements:** + 4-6 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or construction-related work + Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair ability + Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems safely + Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently + Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment + Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
