Maintenance Supervisor OpportunityCompensation: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour, Full-Time AM / PMA Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors.Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance work.Ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities operate reliably.Monitor maintenance crews, inventory, and spare parts.Enforce safety regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and support repairs.Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and reports.Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.Coordinate with operations and other departments to minimize downtime.Required SkillsLeadership and team management.Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) experience.Typical QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.Several years of maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.Example Resume TitleMaintenance Supervisor | Preventive Maintenance | Team Leadership | Safety Compliance | Equipment Reliability
