• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy practices that aid in sustaining progress at home.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment methods as required to ensure patient success.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and additional certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
