Title: MS Dynamics CRM Developer Location: Albany, New York Duration: 30 Months Client: NY State - Department of Financial Services Job ID: SLG-26-12200 Respond by: 07/23/26 5:00 PM Description Design and Development: Create custom solutions and applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM and ERP modules. Customization: Customize existing Dynamics 365 applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Testing and Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing support of solutions. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and security. Duties Customization and Configuration: Tailor MS Dynamics to meet specific organizational needs, including development, system documentation, unit testing, and technical support. Integration: Connect MS Dynamics with other software and systems, such as version control systems, DevOps CI tools, and third‑party applications, and write ETL scripts to import data from external systems. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of Dynamics for project management, issue tracking, and collaboration. Documentation: Maintain documentation for Dynamics configurations, customizations, and integrations. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and errors within Dynamics, working closely with the IT and support teams. Performance Optimization: Monitor Dynamics performance and implement optimizations to ensure system stability and efficiency. Security and Compliance: Ensure the DFS MS Dynamics environment is configured and maintained in accordance with security and compliance standards; implement IDP and SSO solutions using LDAP/SAML. Mandatory Requirements Experience: 10+ years involved with all facets of the software development process, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation of computer software. Requirements 100% onsite. 60 months experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. 36 months experience in administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics environments. 36 months experience with Microsoft Cloud Portals. 60 months experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics environments. 60 months experience in user and access management in Dynamics. 60 months experience in Microsoft Dynamics performance monitoring and improvement. 60 months experience in system documentation as developed from business requirements.
