Project Estimator

Estimator/Project Manager Role w/ Well-Established ESOP Company, Opp. for Growth to VP! We are a stable, employee‑owned construction company with a track record of profitable growth and a focus on teamwork and long‑term career development. You will report directly to the CEO and work within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of estimators and project managers. Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects, from bid preparation through close‑out documentation. Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate scopes of work and cost forecasts. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a construction estimator or project manager in the electrical or related fields. Strong knowledge of drywall and metal‑stud construction, and experience in the field is a plus. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects concurrently.
