Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Monitor client complaints and ensure the implementation of any resolutions necessary for continued 100% client satisfaction
Ability to interact with other departments in a professional and courteous manner
Sorting, counting and processing daily mail
Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
Communicate with clients via phone and email
Management of the lobby phone
Maintaining and updating consumer records
Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
Any other duties assigned by applicable manager, director, CAO and/or CEO
Above all, 100% client satisfaction

Schedule:
Monday- Friday
No Weekends
Dayshift
In office presence, NO remote work
Full time (40 hours per week)
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or High School Equivalent
Associates Degree Preferred
Minimum 5 years experience with customer service is required
Minimum 2 years experience with Excel
Ability to commute:
Harrisburg, PA 17111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
