About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative at Vanterra, you will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners. You’ll meet with pre-scheduled leads at customers’ homes to diagnose issues, educate on solutions, and close the sale. You’ll play a critical role in delivering our Five-Star Service promise and helping customers feel safe and confident in their homes.

What You’ll Do
- Travel to pre-scheduled appointments at customers’ homes
- Build rapport and assess the customer’s needs and concerns
- Evaluate the property and provide clear, honest recommendations
- Present solutions and close the sale
- Follow up to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Represent the company’s brand, culture, and purpose
- Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or construction is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and in the field
- Strong problem-solving and consultative skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM and mobile tools
- Must be competitive, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Comfortable working in tight spaces including crawlspaces and basements
- Capable of standing, stooping, crawling, or kneeling for extended periods
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
