Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders using evidence-based practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and set therapeutic goals collaboratively with patients.

• Administer psychotherapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, offering both in-person and telehealth options.

• Regularly evaluate and measure the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed to maximize client progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summaries in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health practices through professional development and continuing education opportunities.

• Create a supportive and non-judgmental environment that promotes a positive therapeutic relationship between clients and counselors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with may be facing a broad array of challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. Your role will focus on fostering resilience, providing coping strategies, and empowering clients to navigate their unique mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• State licensure is mandatory (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) and must be maintained according to state regulations.

• Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively connecting with clients.

• Experience with a diverse range of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with various mental health disorders is crucial.
